Ordinary guest
- the booking which is confirm by email is possible to cancel 2-3 days before arrival
- " no show fee" is 100 %
In case of unexpected occasion (family issues, desease...etc.) is possible to cancel reservation for free.
Booking by email has to contain: name and surname, adress, phone number, date of booking
Booking by phone: Reservation made by phone is automatic canceled after 6 PM in day of arrival.
